Stay on Kaliste Saloom Road until you reach Pinhook Road. Turn left onto Pinhook Road. Drive approximately 1 / 4 of a mile to Energy Parkway. Turn right onto Energy Parkway near Auto Zone. Follow Energy Parkway to Meadowbrook Specialty Hospital. Turn into Meadowbrook’s parking lot and drive to the right and around to the back of the hospital. We are located in the rear entrance of the hospital.
